Orders

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill your order most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Where will my order ship from?
The location that your item ships from will differ depending on where you are located. We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

Delivery
When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order with your Order ID and Order Email on our website. Please click here to track your order with TrackShip.

My order should be here by now/says it was delivered, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

First, please be sure that you check with your local post office or courier service to see if the package was mistakenly held or delivered to a neighbor.

Carefully check your emailed receipt to confirm that there are no mistakes in your shipping and delivery address. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

If you still cannot locate your order and your shipping address was correct, you may contact us at shop@encorecreativity.org with your order number and we will forward the information on to our printing company to check your status.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

What is your return policy?
In general, we do not offer returns or exchanges for anything other than damaged or defective items. Our items are printed-on-demand rather than in bulk, and they are shipped from our third-party fulfillment service directly to you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns.
If there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at shop@encorecreativity.org and we will work to get you a resolution.

My order is damaged or defective. What should I do?
Please contact us at shop@encorecreativity.org within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any details you may have. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Do you offer refunds?
We can only offer refunds for damaged or defective items, or if you received the wrong item by mistake.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
